Pro Tips :
Use fresh and crispy papdis: The key to a good papdi chaat is using fresh, crispy papdis. You can either make them at home or buy them from the store.
Make the chutneys ahead of time: The green chutney and tamarind chutney can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. This will save you time when assembling the chaat.
Use chilled yogurt: Use chilled yogurt for the dahi (yogurt) portion of the chaat. This will give a nice coolness to the dish.
Add chopped onions and tomatoes: Adding finely chopped onions and tomatoes to the chaat will give it a nice crunch and flavor.
Sprinkle chaat masala: Sprinkle some chaat masala on top of the chaat for a tangy and spicy flavor.
Garnish with fresh herbs: Garnish the papdi chaat with fresh coriander leaves or mint leaves for a fresh burst of flavor.
Serve immediately: Serve the papdi chaat immediately after assembling it. If you let it sit for too long, the papdis will become soggy and lose their crispiness.
